Squirrel Drop

This game was made for the VGDC Fall 2022 game jam and is a tribute to the Golden Dragon restaurant of Raleigh, NC, which has graciously granted our club free soda.

Grab a friend and race to recieve your free soda from Golden Dragon in this 1v1 speedrunning game. Glide and dive to adjust your speed and try to get to the soda before your opponent while avoiding traps and predators. 

Multiplayer support includes multiple devices or two players on a single keyboard.

Controls:

• Single Keyboard:
  • Player 1:
    • A/D for left and right movement
    • W to glide
    • S to dive
    • Space to jump
  • Player 2:
    • Left/Right arrows for left and right movement
    • Up arrow to glide
    • Down arrow to dive
    • Right shift to jump
• Multiple devices:
  • Keyboard:
    • A/D for left and right movement
      
    • W to glide
    • S to dive
    • Space to jump
  • Gamepad:
    • Left/Right Dpad and stick for left and right movement
    • Up Dpad or stick for glide
    • Down Dpad or stick to dive
    • Bottom face button to jump.
